ReplyPilot: data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your ReplyPilot account. This is different from disconnecting an Instagram account.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to your ReplyPilot customer workspace.
  2. Open Privacy & Data.
  3. When request intake is available, confirm Request data deletion and save the reference code.
  4. An operator reviews the request and confirms any necessary identity, scope and retention obligations before completing deletion.

If the in-app request feature is not available, contact ReplyPilot through the support contact supplied with your account or business communications. A verified privacy contact address must be published before a public customer launch.

What happens next?

Submitting a deletion request does not instantly erase your data. We review account details, linked Instagram connections, campaign records, delivery history, and data that might need retention for legitimate legal and security reasons. You will receive a status in the workspace when available.

Disconnecting Instagram

In the workspace you can disconnect a connected Instagram account to remove its locally stored token and disable campaigns. This does not revoke Meta-side authorization or delete historical records. You may also remove the app in your Instagram or Meta app permissions.

Security

Never send an Instagram password, access token, Meta App Secret, or government identity document in a deletion request.

These are operational instructions, not a claim that a pending request has been completed or that a Meta automated deletion callback is registered.
